Human Resources Manager to 110k

o Minimum 8 to 10 years' experience administering human resources and/or labor relations management in a manufacturing/union environment
o 5 to 7 years prior Human Resources Management experience
o Possess accurate and updated knowledge of Federal and State laws applicable to wages, hours, working conditions, safety, labor relations and etc.
to ensure compliance with State and Federal legal requirements
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
o Participation in local collective bargaining efforts
o Experience developing and driving creative programs to attract and engage employees
o PHR or SPHR certification

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
