Plant Manager/Operations Manager

Central Alabama Automotive Parts Manufacturer is seeking a Plant Manager/Operations Manager for its 125,000 sq.
ft.
metal stamping plant.
Will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, safety, quality, and quantity specifications and customer delivery requirements.
Additionally, will be responsible for managing production supervisors, team leaders, and production systems within the area, developing job responsibilities and performance measures for production supervisors and team leader, managing daily production performance in the critical areas of safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and training, and establishing formal communication with shop floor personnel to keep associates informed of business objectives and results.
Will work with Human Resources Department to effectively plan and manage manpower and identify and coordinate training.
Will manage the capital and expense budget for the metals department, 5S and housekeeping practices in the metals area, and scrap and rework within the department.
Must ensure adherence to OSHA Regulations in the metals area and promote adherence to TS16949 and ISO14001requirements in the metals area.
Must have four year technical degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of ten years Automotive Plant experience including a strong background in automotive steel manufacturing, automated processes, metal stamping and welding, and a minimum of five years experience in a managerial role.
Salary $90,000 to $120,000 plus benefits.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
