Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment. Supervise mainteneance projects, ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Implementation of preventative and predictive mainteneance. Must posess the ability to troubleshoot machine issues in a safe efficient manner, maintain a clean and safe work environment, identify and correct any safety issues on all equipment, act as a laison between production and maintenance. Coordination and delegation of work orders and maintenance projects to meet timelines. Must understand the plant goals and objectives as well as the maintenance goals and objectives and strive to beat them. Establish MTBF and implement plans to reduce nuiasance maint calls.
Qualifications:
4-6 Years experience in a maintenance/manufacturing environment
Able to multitask and lead union employeesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
