They recently experienced their lead foreman moving and need a new and experienced Foreman to help keep up with the steady pipeline of projects, as well as to help them continue to experience the growth they are used to. Their values are a BIG part of who they are so they really take care of their employees. They have a full team of Projects Managers, estimators, salesman, and Laborers. Job
Summary:

Provide management and leadership for all phases of the project, in conjunction with project manager, including scheduling, materials, employees, equipment, record keeping/documentation and operations/installations.

Responsibilities-Essential Duties:

Foreman/Supervisor


  • Review project folder, including all documents prior to conducting a site visit.
  • Complete a pre-construction meeting with the project manager of secured project a week prior to work commencing.
  • Ensure satisfactory and uninterrupted completion of projects in accordance with signed scope of work and product specifications from commencement, completion, and inspection
  • Coordinate all needed materials and sub-contract labor required and in accordance with scope of work.
  • Receive incoming material and ensure accuracy of shipment, verification of application prior to beginning installations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite, ensuring all company owned tools, material and equipment are properly stored and secure during non-working hours.
  • Inspect all equipment as required, coordinate repair and replacement as needed.
  • Administratively handle written and or digitally completing, documenting, and turning in all require paperwork as required, in a timely manner including but not limited to, material shipments, change orders, timecards, employee evaluations, attendance records, approvals, photos etc. with clients and project managers.
  • Conduct daily project reporting with clients and project managers.

Performance Management


  • Lead employees by example, to reach their individual potential, while meeting production and quality standards.
  • Lead, and participate in employee onboarding, and development, including training and disciplinary actions as scheduled and needed.
  • Maintain and build productive relationships with clients, trade partners and employees.
  • Review, understand, abide by, and enforce all company policies and procedures.

Workmanship


  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings.
  • Ability to Layout a building per specifications
  • Ability to frame both metal and wood structures per specifications.
  • Maintain compliance with building codes and practices.
  • Experience in installation of various finishes for commercial structures.

    • Including (but not limited to) insulation, drywall, paneling, Acoustical panels, drop ceilings, textured ceilings.
  • Installation of commercial doors, windows, and trims.
  • Install and inspect work performed to ensure conformance with drawings, specifications, uniform-building codes, ADA codes, local ordinances, and meeting the highest standard of quality.
  • OSHA training

Minimum Qualifications


  • Current, valid, and insurance Driver s License.
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments which will include working outside in extreme weather conditions and noise levels.
  • Ability to work with and manage personnel and place them accordingly to their talents.
  • Provide the mental and physical ability to consistently perform physical labor, walk, kneel, stand, lift, bend, and twist, lift #80 consistently and climb ladders.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a construction management role.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
