Hotels are 24 hour/day businesses.
We are currently looking for third shift:
11PM-7AM Responsibilities include:
Ensuring your drawer count is correct during shift change Gathering all information regarding previous shift experience Checking guests in, checking guests out Resolving any guest issues that may arise Politely and promptly answer phone calls and guest questions Be familiar with the area to make suggestions to guests on dining and activities Understanding our PMS system and be willing to explore and learn more with it Always be friendly and polite and give the guests our undivided attention Complete checklist with steps of what reports to print each shift Walk the property to ensure everything is in the order it should be Weekends are the busiest days- must have Friday/Saturday availability.
Reporting to Front Desk Manager/Supervisor with any concerns or questions This position is extremely important in defining a guest' stay.
First impressions are the lasting impressions.
We start at $14 Hotel experience a plus Marriott experience is extremely desired.
