Summary:
As Office Manager you will oversee and train office staff, manage banking, floorplan, payoffs, process payroll, forecasts, manage expenses, working closely with senior staff, and perform assorted duties to keep the office running smoothly.
What you will be doing:
Organizes Office Operations and Procedures, oversee and train Office Staff Prepare daily Bank Deposit/ Posting ACH/ Floorplan payoffs.
Process Payroll on a timely basis accurately Maintain Daily Cash Position, forecast Cash needs.
Reconcile accounts.
Post and reconcile Factory Statement Stay abreast of current Factory incentives, and any potential chargebacks.
Manage Accounts receivable, collections if needed.
Update General Manager of Expenses Communicate potential risks to the executive team.
Weekly Account schedule clean up to ensure a smooth month-end.
Manage Payables Perform HR duties for Onboarding Process Work closely with Controller.
What you will need:
Microsoft Office business applications Must have 3 years automotive office experience.
Flexible with extended hours for month end CDK global software experience is strongly preferred.
Prioritize and complete tasks with accuracy.
monitors and checks work of others for accuracy.

We are five dealerships servicing the Sandusky, Vermilion, and Norwalk area.
Pay Range:
USD $65,000.
