Responsibilities:
The Dietary Assistant is responsible for assisting in preparing and serving meals to our residents in accordance with facility policy and applicable regulations.
This position includes but is not limited to:
preparing meals per order, cleaning/sanitizing kitchen and dining room as directed, including washing of dinnerware, sanitizing table tops, cleaning carts and equipment, mopping floors, etc.
