We do it all from framing, flooring, drywall, plumbing and electrical to painting and cabinet installation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and materials - Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Collaborate with clients and owner to address any issues or concerns - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans - Provide leadership and guidance to construction crews
Experience:
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various clients -Minimum 5
years experience in all aspects of construction including but not limited to drywall, framing, trim carpentry, tile, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of construction projects.
