Responsibilities Conducting follow-up discussions with clients to ensure their contentment while progressing towards sales closure.
Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
Enter data accurately and keep track of records regularly to ensure the accuracy and validity of the information.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, and updates.
Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.
) Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments Provide accurate insurance quotes to new and existing customers.
Assist with new customer onboard process.
Explain insurance details and maintain precise records of customer interactions.
Requirements 1
years of customer-facing service experience (e.
g.
:
luxury retail sales, hospitality, and banking).
Insurance experience is a BONUS.
No previous insurance experience is required! A license is not required to apply.
We will pay 100% for licensing.
Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge.
This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Agency Management System (AMS) is a BONUS.
Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
Ambitious self-starter who can work independently to hit targets and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
Exceptional stress management skills, demonstrating the ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations, ensuring that client interactions and tasks are consistently handled with professionalism and care.
