Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information - Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records - Maintain customer releases on a weekly basis - Maintain and update Delivery Charts for Japan products -Maintain and update Progress Report Daily -Assist with Physical Inventory - Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into the computer database - Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges - Coordinate efforts with the Quality and Manufacturing Departments to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Work to resolve customer complaints and take corrective action as necessary - Send Variance Letters weekly - Create and Edit Sales Orders/Packing List/Invoices/Credit Memo's in EPICOR - Maintain and update customer portals - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others - Proficient in data entry and able to accurately input customer information - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Familiarity with phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally - Fluent in English, both spoken and written If you are a motivated individual who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
