If so, we are currently hiring a Project Manager for our Reconstruction Division in the Toledo Area.
This position is normally M-F from 7:
30am to 4:
30pm, However due to the nature of the business there might be times you have to adjust your schedule.
This position starts out between $60,000 and $75,000 based on experience, company vehicle and commission pay.

Meets with clients to estimate loss Meets and communicates with clients, insurance adjusters, environmental hygienist, testing personnel etc.
throughout the duration of the project.
Sets up job scope and manages all aspect of the job from start to finish to ensure the highest workmanship based on industry standards.
Schedules and manages technicians, subcontractors, general labors on job projects and assist crew members when needed to ensure work is completed on time and accurately.
Approves invoices and billing, makes adjustment as needed and assist with money collections.
Resolves problems Ensures demolition is clean, complete, and ready for rebuild.
Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies Trains and manages technician and general labors Obtains permits and adheres to all company practices, safety procedures, OSHA, and environmental regulations Inspects the job and completes customer service survey.
Qualifications & Requirements:
3-5 years of construction experience Comprehensive understanding of customer service Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to problem solve Strong organizational skills Able to work within a team or independently Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment Basic computer/tablet skills Willing to work evenings, on call, and weekends when requested Familiar with basic hand and power tools Job Type:
