You will work and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living Regularly check and record residents' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate, and respiratory rate, and report any abnormalities or concerns to the nursing team Assisting with Mobility:
Help residents with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices such as wheelchairs and walkers Assist with feeding residents who require assistance, ensuring they receive proper nutrition and hydration as per their care plan.
Accurately document and maintain records of residents' care, observations, and interactions.
Qualifications:
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine, or exemption STNA certification or completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program CPR certification Job Types:
