Marketing SupervisorRegional Marketing Manager Pay Class/FLSA Status Hourly Summary Description Position Schedule Mad River Harley-Davidson - Tuesday through Saturday.
Must be willing to work weekends and evenings as needed.
On site execution of dealership events Create event calendar for dealership with budget provided Responsible for posting event information to websites, social media outlets, Google & H-Dnet Watch success of events and utilize tracking to make changes as needed Oversee and execute on site activation of large dealership events Determine level of support needed for each event (staff) Dependable, and be able to work well under pressure Coordinate set up/tear down/responsibilities for each event Be present on site to coordinate Attendance and oversight at large dealership events, both onsite and offsite Applicable Large events TBD in advance by Regional Marketing Manager Full ownership of each event, run it from start to finish; during the event connect and build relationships with customers and vendors Shop for event supplies as needed Communication with charities, partnering businesses and vendors as needed Create vendor contracts for each event Track vendor contracts/W9's/Payments, etc.
Vendor Communication Responsible to book all event vendors and communicate with them as needed Utilize vendor contracts/payments as needed ROI/Expense Tracking Complete post event spreadsheet for every event, both onsite and offsite Track all expenses and be prepared to report as needed Keep all tracking in Marketing Drive Communications & Support Support Marketing Team/Project Management as needed Responsbile for employee communication including but not limited to all-employee emails, maintaining bulletin boards, up to date in store collateral materials, etc.
Print and distribute event/promotion flyers Responsible for responses to all online reviews, following guidelines as presented by Regional Marketing Manager Social Media Follow social media guidelines and rulebook as presented Generate content from events and at dealerships and in store content Post live from events Come up with new ways to utilize social media presence for your location Stay current with 7 day-a-week posting and responses to all comments, both organic and on advertisements Record and track social media results including but not limited to engagement rate, performance, audience, etc.
Donation Requests/Charitable Initiatives Collect all external donation requests and always respond in a timely manner Work with General Manager and/or Regional Marketing Manager to decide where donations are going Prepare and execute any store promotion as directed Stay in tune to H-Dnet and customer culture to help direct our initiatives All other duties as assigned Physical demands Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, push, pull and lift to 50 lbs.
Must have the ability to stand and work the sales floor for extended periods during scheduled shift On site activation requires set up/tear down and physical demands necessary to execute events properly Working Conditions Majority of work is conducted indoors; however, some outdoor events are conducted periodically during open houses, bike week or other dealership hosted events, both on and off property.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
