Large central management and maintenance facility with all tools & equipment supplied.
Compensation includes hourly rate plus quarterly, year-end, and other bonus compensation.
Desired Experience will include:

Years maintenance experience, including but not limited to paint/drywall, general repair, basic plumbing, light electrical, flooring, appliance repairs, etc.
On call for after-hour emergency calls (one week a month) Snow removal work (snow blower, light shoveling, gator/plow) at 1.
5 Overtime Pay Criminal Background Check & Drug Screening Required.
