The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a friendly and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls.
Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized manner.
Provide general administrative support to staff.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
