$55,000 plus (DOE) Employee is eligible for company bonus plan Vehicle allowance Full electronics package PTO & Paid Holidays Simple IRA __________________________________________________ The Mitigation Project Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the project cycle for the mitigation department.
This role will provide direction and coordination of all field activities related to the technicians, trade partners, estimating the loss utilizing Xactimate software and managing the lifecycle of the job.

Responsibilities:
Ability to manage and build high performing teams Review job profitably and analyze financial reports pertaining to the mitigation department Use Xactimate software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire, and mold mitigation projects, selling services to the customer Communicate and negotiate with insurance professionals Ability to estimate and manage mitigation projects Respond to property damage emergency calls Ability to communicate with a variety of customers Complete any necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize moisture mapping software Plan, organize and manage crews and subcontractors Participate in design, process and permit submittal Establish and maintain client relationships Attend all appropriate company meetings Additional duties required as needed Mitigation Project Manager Requirements:

years related water mitigation experience, including supervisory experience Xactimate experience preferred but willing to train IICRC, WRT/ASD and MRT are preferred Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person) Ability to recognize and solve problems independently Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable Keywords:
