Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled In-Home Therapist to join our team. This role is critical in providing direct, intensive therapeutic treatment and support to our clients within their homes. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a supportive environment that encourages growth and health, aligning with our mission and values.


Key
Responsibilities:


  • Provide in-home therapeutic services to children and their families using evidence-based practices.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the individual needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including social workers and healthcare providers, to coordinate care and interventions.
  • Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Document and maintain accurate client records in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Support clients and families in navigating the challenges of mental health issues, aiming to stabilize and improve client functioning in their home environment.


Qualifications:


  • Current licensure as an LSW, LPC, LMFT, or a higher clinical licensure in the state of Ohio.
  • Proven experience in providing mental health therapy to children and families in a community-based setting.
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic models and interventions applicable to a diverse client population.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to the values of integrity, respect, and compassion.
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid non-restricted Driver's License, and Auto Insurance.

This role will start out part-time and build as case load builds to full-time.


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
